Diana, a Registered Clinical Counsellor, counsels children, adolescents and adults experiencing concerns including anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, self-harm, eating disorders, trauma and abuse.
Diana uses a client-centered approach and cognitive-behavioral, emotion-focused, and experiential techniques in seeking to provide a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore and develop skills to address their challenges.Diana has worked in a university setting, providing personal counselling, career exploration and workshops on anxiety, identity formation, and career development. Diana received her M.A. degree from Trinity Western University.
